Notification Enhancements

I'd like more detailed notification settings.

1. Please allow enabling/disabling specific types of notifications, especially for chat groups

There are groups that I don't want sounds for but I'd like to see the little red dot on the icon (both group and tray) anyway

2. On mobile: Please allow enabling/disabling vibration for specific channels

In essence, I'm imagining a set of checkboxes for each group and channel where the user can select what types of notifications (sound/icon/vibration/popup) they want for that group or channel.
