Disable group chat calls

I am in a lot of group chats and sometimes people like to pin messages, whenever I see that a message gets pinned I go straight to where the check pinned messages button is located when you’re viewing a server, but that is where the video call button is. This is very annoying since I have to quickly cover my camera and then quickly end the call, it is very annoying having to keep explaining that it was an accident and then the entire group chat gets annoyed, the call/video call buttons need to be moved or have an option to be disabled.
