Unread Message Border UI Change

The border between read and unread messages changing from a true border to simply a red line is a minor issue for me. I use the Cozy message UI mode.

I typically take screenshots of funny or interesting moments in my discord servers, and the "mark as unread" function served well as a way of getting only the messages I want in the screenshot. If I needed to separate a block of messages, I could simply mark it as unread halfway through, and it'd appear as two separate blocks. With the change, I'm forced to sometimes either include unnecessary messages or not include the username and avatar of the first person in the screenshot.

Perhaps including an option to separate one message from others would be good, or simply reverting the change.

It's not quite as important as reverting other UI changes, but I certainly wouldn't complain if the entire UI update was reverted.
