Ever since the new UI update, scrolling on PC has been janky and quite annoying.

Ever since the new UI update came out, scrolling upwards while new messages are being sent to chat has been insanely annoying. As your chat is scrolling up it will suddenly scroll back all the way down even though you're still in the middle of using the scroll wheel. This also applies if you're holding the scrollbar with the left mouse button.

This is amplified when you're trying to use a discord bot that relies on clicking reactions and basically being unable to scroll up and click the reaction because every new chat is shoving the scrollbar back down to the very bottom.

Off topic rant:

I'm frankly disappointed in the way Discord has been doing their updates.  There are some other important bits and pieces (namely wiping your chat history like literally any other popular application allows you to, more granular mute/notification settings, more audit logging like who entered and what invite they used, etc) that are put aside in favor of a UI update nobody asked for and one that people seem to generally dislike quite a bit. Kind of hard to justify continuing to spending almost 100 dollars a year on nitro when they don't seem to care enough about our opinions.
