Make the PC emote menu like the mobile emote menu.

The emote menu on mobile is better and I think it would be nice to have the same features on PC. Meaning the server icons at the bottom of the menu to jump to a server's emote section so you don't have to scroll to find that section. And maybe an option to disable a server's emotes so they don't take up space on emote menu.
