Feature request: Increase maximum pins & maximum roles for higher level servers

Hello! I mod a level 3 discord server and one thing we'd love as a feature is more pin space for our chatrooms and more role room.  We use both a lot and wind up maxing them out pretty quickly.  I'm sure we aren't the only server that uses pins for things like funny/memorable user posts in the chatrooms.  Lately we've had to go back and delete old ones to make room for new ones and we'd rather just have like hundreds of 'em.

It struck me as the kind of thing that might be a nice perk to having a higher server level (not unlike having more emoji space).  Not sure how practical it is or whether anyone other than our server finds this to be a need.

  What are you using 250 roles for???

  @Matthe815 some people may use roles for any sort of thing, but as someone who also has a level 3 server, I agree with this post. More pin space would be amazing to not constantly have to decide what to remove when something new should be pinned, and 
  
  as far as roles go, more roles + role folders would be excellent. We're an anime server, so we like to schedule (in non-COVID times) local meetups to take pictures in cosplay, etc., or just promote local cons and such - so we have roles by location, for US regions and other regions throughout the world. More roles would allow us to add more specific location roles, such as by US state and specific countries in the rest of the world! 
  
  and role folders would be neat to add so we could put all the states, say, in a "US states" folder, so when mods hand out other roles they don't have to scroll that far.
