PeerTube embeds

Similar to YouTube video embeds, but with PeerTube instances.

My example will be with https://youtu.be/k2MMd8fUzp0 and https://viid.ga/videos/watch/58f1f344-5dfd-4ea8-9e70-591ca15885b2 . PeerTube shows an image preview instead of the video embed option.
