merging video and text chat

during video chat, i think it would be better if the video didnt use the whole screen, but instead use a portion as an overlay on the text chat, as for on fullscreen video, have a button that will make new messages cross the screen like some subtitle also when someone is streaming his video on pc, it would be neat if you had a configurable overlay so the streamer can follow the chat while ingame without having to alt+tab the whole time
