Tie gifs to accounts and not machines

I have so many amazing gifs on my pc at home, they are truely amazing! But I wanna use them when I'm out! Currently Discord saves the gifs to your device, which is good but it isnt helpful if you use multiple devices!!! Please Discord bless us
