Notification Noises

This is going to be a bit lengthy as I have a few different ideas regarding these.

1. Give us the option to give the various Discord noises their own individual volumes. So that when I turn up my noise to hear that absurdly quiet person, I don't get BEDOOP!!! every time I get a notification. It hurts my ears, and the notification sound being loud (and also if it ends up too frequent) can make me feel slightly unwell.

2. Give us the ability to customize our Discord sounds. Discord would only store this in a file on our personal devices, so you'd have to set it up per every single device you use. I don't think that'd be a problem, most people wouldn't mind and may even like the different sounds on different devices, and then it wouldn't have to store any data on Discord's servers. It would also help for people like me who aren't fond of the Discord sound. (See above about how it being loud and/or frequent can make me feel unwell.)

3. It would be nice if we could set specific Discord alert noises for different servers/DMs. (Again, this would be local only.) This would be useful, as then the notification noise would immediately tell us who's talking to us.

If you impose limitations on the size and length of Discord alert noises (assuming you ever let us customize them), please state directly on that options page what the limits are, so we don't end up with arbitrary errors trying to find the limits.

I think that's everything I wanted to mention. I don't know how much any of this matters for anyone else, but I know I'd greatly appreciate these. (Sorry, Discord alert noise. You're... fine, but you just don't sit that well with me.)
