Non-Latin support for embed links

Problem:

Embed links have no support for non-Latin languages as Discord does not decode URL.

When the URL consists of special characters or non-Latin characters, the embed link will show an encoded title and no description text are retrieved. Considering the popularity of Discord in non-Latin communities, it renders non-Latin embed links useless as the only useful information in the preview is the image.

Solution:

Discord should decode the URL and retrieve the decoded URL and description for the embed link.

Being able to use embed links for non-Latin URLs will allow users to know what the website is about before they click on the link, thus would make this feature useful for more people.
