Ability to use bold AND italics at the SAME TIME on iOS

On Apple devices, the Discord app cannot show text like this that is both bold and italics. I want this to change; I would like to be able to see on my phone when someone makes text that is in both bold and italics. It can show bold text and it can show italicized text, so why can't it show both? I feel like this is an extremely overdue feature.

And no, this is NOT a Support request. I've already contacted Support and they said that bold italics is not shown on iOS devices. I'm putting this comment here because I've seen past posts about this topic get taken down due to misinterpretation. So, I wanted to make myself abundantly clear that I've already gone to support and am simply expressing feedback.
