Today I got direct message from free Discord nitro bot it's asking to invite to server I want t
o know it's real or fake ?.

If you give out your info to these bots you will be notified again in and again and again and some of them could not be fake some of them could be with nitro at the end and with 48h left and says claimed so i decided i create a fake alt of mine and use it as a test and see and surprise i got a lot of dms about it until i shutted down because the account almost got hacked by a bot nammed free nitro hack and nitro anonymous and some generators anyways those to are the question that you should be thinking lile should i report it to discord or should i just click it witch wasted my time because it was literally like free nitro giveaways the fake ones the *** NEFW and more and thats why we have to tell everyone that so they can expand the conversation and the comment.

First, they already mentioned that, those are FAKE AND SCAM, none of the bots were giving away the nitro or money bit, while they're trying to disguise as a legitimate nitro bot, they are usually trying to scam and compromised you with the fake promise of nitro.
What to do when encountered? (What to do when this happened to you?)
If you received the message that come from free discord nitro bot (scam) or other scam bot, do the following:- Immediately block it (work best if you mute and close dm)
- Report to the Discord Safety (This can be done here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new )
- Leave the server where the free discord nitro scam bot is in or present
you could also:
- Disable Direct Message from everyone
- Disable Friend Request
- Set "Scan Direct Message" to Green Level, the label should display "Keep me safe ; scan direct messages from everyone"

Discord nitro will be legitimate if:- The First Discord nitro link should start at https://discord.gift/<random string>
- The Discord nitro link will display green "Accept or Claim" button. (Button not clickable? possibility the gift link is claimed by another user or it has expired)
- Come From Discord official website https://discord.com/nitro

Scam (Fake) Discord Nitro
Discord nitro will be likely scam if:- The link is different, misspelled or it's not start at https://discord.gift/
- The link is come from Bots, not Users.
- The Embed of the link is different or in picture
- Come from Unofficial (Not official) website or website without SSL certificate (The Web Address were different)
(Note: Blocking user or bot does not mean they cannot interact you, they can still interact you through the server, groups, or by editing the old messages that have been sent in dm. To prevent this, leave the server and groups that have in common with them, mute the direct messages and close dm.)
