Bulk role membership API

In a Discord server that I'm on I have a bot that manages participation in guild events in a game. When a player finishes their runs in the guild event they trigger the bot and they added/removed from various roles to help narrow down @. While this works fine on a one-by-one basis, I need to reset these roles daily and there's no facility to do this in bulk.

What I'm asking for is an API that allows me to add or remove multiple members to/from a single guild role in one API call rather than using up multiple API calls and possibly running into rate-limit issues for bulk membership changes.
