Trouble With Logging Into An Old Account

So I got wrapped up in discord a few months ago and just logged out for good. But recently I decided to create a new account and start over (Limit the severs I join). I decided recently to try and log back in to my old account so I could find a friend I had but after email verification, it asked for phone. Problem is, I dont have that phone number anymore so I cant get back in. Any way I could get in without a phone verification?

  If I understand correctly, your account has been hacked. You can try to write a discord support service and report a hack, but I don’t know what they’ll tell you
