New UI makes it so you cant tell when you or another person is muted

On top of my other post explaining how awful the UI is now im noticing YET ANOTHER problem with this terrible change. unless you manually hover over someones giant useless box icon you CAN NOT tell if they are muted. This also goes for your own microphone status leading to confusion, extra steps, and plenty of one ended silent conversations. change the UI back and fix this nonsense. for a company as large as discord this is unbelievably irresponsible, especially during a pandemic where their service is a must have for large portions of the world.
