Opt out of Video

I do not want others to have the option to force me to see unwanted streams.

Give us an option to opt out or require a confirmation before streaming starts.

How is this not common sense based on the way you have set this feature up is beyond me, currently there is no way to completely close the video pane of someone streaming short of shifting focus away from discord.
