Unable to open discord desktop app

Hi, 

After getting out of sleep mode, my computer had discord freezing and unable to get reopened. 

I uninstalled it to make sure that it wasn't just a temporary issue and I'm not able to connect anymore. 

I'm able to connect through the web ver obviously but unable to open the app on desktop.

Here's a screenshot of the error I get.

    I am having the same problem except I can't uninstall or reinstall

    Same error. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I got the error again. Discord or windows or mac! Please fix this

    Had the same problem, couldn't uninstall from Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features

    Then tried downloading the installer and running it, got a small error box pointing me to SquirrelSetup.log, where the line:

    "IEnableLogger: Failed to remove existing directory on full install, is the app still running???: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Discord\app-0.0.305\chrome_100_percent.pak' because it is being used by another process." gave me a clue.

    Opened the Task Manager, under Background Processes there were two Discord processes running. Clicking one and hitting End Task removed both of them. Ran the installer and got a clean install.
