Channel color switches colors based on time of day

If, say the admin channel could turn red at around 22:00, it would serve to remind people that it is late at night, and someone might get a ping that wakes them. This could be toggled off if not needed.

    1 - Timezones: Timezones have a huge impact on your suggestion -- in one timezone, it could be 12 A.M., but in another, it could be 1 P.M.

    2 - Do Not Disturb: Pretty obvious why this exists lol

    3 - This could play a part on performance issues: Depending on the approach Discord takes this (if they even do), performance may vary
