Audio Compressor/Threshold

Discord already has a minimum decibel requirement for audio to be heard. Why not a maximum decibel before it either cuts off or is lowered?

A way to cut off louder sounds would be great for everyone's hearing. I don't want to lose my hearing to obnoxious people.
