Nitro's Billing System Just Keeps Charging Me!
Do not get Discord Nitro! I've had it for two years now, but for some reason this year its automated system charged me four times over the last four days, overcharging me $150 and overdrafting my bank account. Discord's app says that the charges fail, but the charges still show up in my account, but as pending. This is despite the fact that Discord's app recognizes my card as valid. There is no invalid sticker on my default payment option.
To be clear...
Discord's app says the charges fail.
My bank says the charges are pending.
Because the charges are pending (in my bank account, not on Discord's billing page), my bank can't dispute the charges as fraudulent, so Discord Nitro's automated system just keeps charging my account the $49.99 over and over again.
I'm going to have to deactivate my debit card because of this and support on Discord's end is nonexistent. Tickets take forever to go through and Discord DOES NOT HAVE A SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER. Why even include Twitter as a support option if you're just going to ignore my tweets @discord.
I would suggest that Discord look into it's automated system, and that consumers beware this bizarre behavior!

This is really a tough thing. In this case, you have no choice but to file a lawsuit for fraud, sorry dude.
