Adding constraints to text channels.

Please add constraints (user's desire) to text channels, so that the text channels are well-organized.

For example: Type a bot command in general text channel will cause a result an output of a text saying what the user inputs (ex. "Please type the bots commands in bot text channel"), And the commands will redirect to the bot text channel instead.
