Audio Feedback/Pings When Muted

I'd like to suggest a new feature/option that users can enable for use while muted.

How often do people say "I didn't realize I was muted!"? Answer: all of the time. I suggest that whenever a user is muted, they get a subtle audio ping through their chat output device that lets them know they are muted while talking.

Whether this happened on some timed out rhythm or every time mic activity was detected, it would help users realize they forgot to unmute themselves!

And perhaps you could even go farther with this and play the same audio ping after a certain amount of time when Discord doesn't detect voice activity when users are in calls or voice channels. This would even solve for users who have muted themselves outside of Discord (on their headsets, mics, etc.)
