Groupchat settings

Could you guys maybe make settings for if you want to be added to a group chat or not?
Because may or may not be the only one but I get added to 5-10+ group chats DAILY.
It would be really nice if we could have settings for that.

  You can remove the people that add you to the group chat from friends
