[Suggestions] Reduce video quality

I recently upgraded from an old webcam that only output in like 360p to one that output to like 1080p only for all of my friends to say my video screen on their side was pixelates and bad.

I figure this has to do with discord only streaming the video input on my webcam at a full 1080p quality, so it harder for the encoder and internet connections, to support a 1080p video stream.

Basically what I am asking for is a way to reduce my webcam video quality setting in discord.

Therefore I can save bandwidth and help out my friends with seeing me
