Can we add the Golang mascot as an emoji?

  Discord's emojis are an implementation of Twemoji, an open-source emoji set maintained by Twitter. Twemoji follows the Unicode Consortium's Emoji 13.0 standard. The golang mascot doesn't exist in that standard, however you can add it as a custom server emoji.
