Discord falls out while playing Rainbow Six Siege

Hello. I have been using Discord for quite some time. I admire this platform because it is clear and works well with it. Unfortunately, I came across one mistake. When I play Rainbow Sig Siege, I don't hear anyone on the discord. Discord falls out until I get into window of Discord. Please, how do I solve this? Have a nice day.
