[Request] Ability to anchor a single message to the bottom of a text channel, always visible.
In large/highly active chats if there's ever a relevant announcement it would be useful to have the option to make a single pinned message persistent/visible at the bottom of a chat.
Useful for time-sensitive announcements/FAQs/priority alerts. Much better than having to repeat the same message over and over as an active chat pushes the relevant information quickly off screen.
Edit: The trouble with normal pins rather than this idea is when something new is announced users repeatedly have to tell people "read the pins" for the exact same question. Most common being "when is X update out?"

No Idea why this is still not possible. NOBODY looks for pinned messages. In a help channel with tickets, everybody just keeps piling up text blocks. A bottom pinned message would solve this in an instant
