Suggestion - Allow administrators to edit other users pinned messages.

Hi there, I was wanting to suggest a feature which would allow discord server "administrators" to be able to edit other users pinned messages. For example, I have a channel which has links to various documents as a portal channel which is formatted nicely. Instead of having that same person come on and edit their post, the administrators will be able to edit it without having to recreate the entire document and format.

TLDR; Allow administrators to edit other users pinned posts.
