It's most likely a scam, don't click on links sent by strangers, verified bots have a different BOT tag. Just block and go on with your day.
What this bot does is you invite him to your server and it gets all permissions, he then proceeds to just take over the discord

And now it is threatening me , this scam is epic xD

i also got the same thing, it was something named Boosting Event. I dunno. It says its a verified bot. But really, dunno what to do?

I cant tell if its fake or not cuz it gifted me 1 year nitro but theres a like and when I clicked on it, it wanted me to pick a server for it to go to.

It is probably going to nuke servers once the owner says it's time and spam everyone's dms

@Rez, Tokyo#1157(BOT) looks new. I don't think it's legit because it almost has the same text as the " Boosting Events " photos at the top of these comments like waiting for 24hrs. Make a backup server or put the bot in a backup server just in case and w8 for the results in 24hrs.

Sorry for the late update. The tokyo bot is like some advertisement bot for these certain server. I put it in my testing server and after 25 hour i got a message from it and its said "join this server to win daily giveaway blablabla".
So yeah its not a harm bot i think? So yeah the bot is just a scam. You need to join their server to win it.0
