I can't send images on Discord from my computer

I've never had this problem before. It occurred 3 days ago. I tried to send a photo to a Discord server and it showed me a red message saying it failed to send and to try again. I tried a few times and they all failed. Then I tried with a different photo. Still fail. Tried a different size, different format and fail. It was fixed for a moment yesterday but then the problem occurred again. It hasn't been fixed today. Again, I've never had this problem for those two years I used Discord in. Oh yeah, I can't change my profile pic too due to this problem. It doesn't give me a message it just refuses to change. Please help
