Text Channel Suggestion

Suggestion: I think that it would be a good idea to be able to have like a timer on your message bar so you can type a message out and you can set it so it sends at a certain time or when an event happens. You could also view your message queue and that would show you all of your messages that you have setup to send. You of course would be able to cancel any messages that you don't want to send. I think it would be best to have this option where-ever you have the ability to send a message.
