Merge user settings and server settings into one view

All to often I accidentally open my user settings when I really mean to access the server settings, even after 3 years of using Discord. While this is a small issue, it would be helpful if the two views could be merged into one.

I imagine a view with two tabs at the top, allowing you to switch between "User Settings" and "{currentServer.name} Settings" (example).
