Disable Quotes in the server settings

Sometimes when people send very long messages, spam can be created by quoting the long messages and is only replied with a mere few words. So have the option for server moderation to disable the quote button that you click when you click a person's message, hit the three dots and click Quote as this effectively reduces the spam that happens within a minute or a few seconds. Obviously by default allow quoting using > or >>>.

I don't think there are other options to reduce spam from quotes. Improvisation wise on quotes might be to have a character limit for quotes or have the user select the part of the message that he/she wants to quote instead of just the whole message as there's usually a part where a person might not agree with and those are what quotes are for. There really is no point in quoting the whole message to ask a question, you can just tag the person and ask. Quoting should be used to point things out, ask questions or reply to a section of the message.
