Stream volume separate from voice volume

It would be nice if there was the ability to adjust a friends stream volume without interfering with the users voice volume. or have the person streaming adjust the volumes on their end rather than the viewer.

because it can be a hassle when a users voice is substantially louder then the captured stream.
