On MacOS Discord app see only first output if they have same name

On a mac if there are two outputs by the same name (system names them, there is no real way to rename them) Discord app shows and use only the first one, there is no way to select the second.

"Interne Lautsprecher" = "Built-in Output"

"27LG850" = "27LG850"

"Digitaler Ausgang" = "Built-in Digital Output"

"Built-in Line Output" = "Line-Out" the first one in the list
