Touch Portal direct integration

Dear Discord-Team,

I would like to have a direct integration from Touch Portal. Yes it's working with shortcuts, but it would save the shortcuts and just working directly. Hopefully you can contact them and find a solution. :)

  If you guys (Discord) want to create a plugin yourself. We already have an API for Touch Portal.
