Pinned messages

I've pinned messages before successfully and then when I go to press the pinup it doesn't send me directly to the message I want to go to. It just sits there. This has never happened before. It started doing this about 2 months ago and hasn't stopped since. Can you please make it so where if you press a pinup within a chat or DM then it'll take you to that pinned message? Thank you!
