[Feature Request] Add Light Mode compatibility to the stream overlay

With a dark mode and light mode, there's definitely a lot that can be done to add both modes to various aspects of Discord. One area that hasn't been touched by the light is the overlay you get when you stream games. As a true light mode fan, I find this a little hard.
