custom user flairs / badges

i've been thinking about this for a while now and i think i would like to finally post this idea! basically i thought it would be a cool feature if discord did something sort of like reddit does regarding user flairs / badges.

basically, these flairs could be server-specific. there could be a limit to how many flairs a server can have that can be increased depending on the amount of nitro boosts a server has, similar to server emoticons. members with a specific permission toggled could grant other members flairs, or, an option could be toggled to let members choose between flairs themselves, perhaps with it's own tab in the drop down menu.

if this were more similar to reddit, flairs could also have custom messages appended next to the icon flair.

in the drop down menu, or when you're assigning a member a flair, you could choose what the actual flair it is that you want, as well as a hex-based color picker for the bar of color surrounding the flair and the flair text. the flair text could also be chosen via that menu.
