make blocking people work in servers

Blocking people stops you from being DMed, and I imagine also getting pinged, but in servers it does nothing on their end and just adds an extra level to read their messages. It literally inconveniences you and doesn't affect them. It makes no sense and it'd be great if there was at least an explanation of why this happened, if not just fucking block them like every other service. Or even add an option for it if you want. I don't care as long as I can make the block feature actually work.
