Acronym Reference

Have a reference for acronyms. Server owners and/or moderators can have the option to attach a reference for the entire server, and/or per text channel. If someone uses an acronym that others may not know, it can be added to the reference for future use (option to require validation and approval from a server role) , and if there is an acronym that is used that someone doesn't know and it's in the reference, the acronym will be highlighted in the text channel and one may put their cursor over it for a box with a definition of the acronym inside.
