Add a "Bump" option to bring your message to the bottom of the chat

Hi, I am on a game developing help discord, and questions get overlooked when multiple people ask a question at the same time.

Many times I wait until the current discussion is over, then resubmit my questions. Most people don't like this and see it as spamming. 
Also, showcase and job/collab channels can get spammed by the same person and it annoys people.

It would be great if an option could be added to your messages that allows you to "Bump" the message to the bottom of the chat.

And it could show that is had been "Bumped" or renewed, so people would know you're not spamming the same thing over again.

If this is already a feature, please let me know how to do it as I looked and could not find it.

    Isn't bumping in that case literally the same as spamming

    I don't see why the fact that is a chat matters, people use it as a forum.
    Bumping is a lot better than typing/copy-pasting out the same thing over and over again, people look through the chat and see the repeated messages (I do all the time when looking at collab/job and showcase channels).

    At best right now you can delete your original message and then repost it. A quick "Bump" option in the "More" option menu would be a good spot.

    1st of all: when ppl use discord as a forum
    2nd of all: bumping and copying and pasting will be considered as spamming why would discord make spamming easier
    3rd of all: please tell me an example when you would use it

    I was wondering about a bump option as well. For an example of when id use it. As an officer in a wow guild with 80 raiders, last minute information/instructions, or raid signups posted a couple days before get lost in chat even though we have deaignated channels for different topics and discussions, the discord is busy. People have to scroll up through a wall of text (rarely do) and stuff gets lost.

    And to add on that^ if worried about spam, set the bump option to be assigned to roles, so only your admins/officers have permission.
