Unable to watch video streams on servers set to Sydney server region: always buffering

Recently, I tried to watch a video stream on a server whose server region was set to Sydney.

However, the stream was practically impossible to view: when watching the stream, the buffering icon kept showing and no video could be seen. Occasionally, it will show a single frame of the video stream before returning to the loading icon.

This seems to be a persistent problem with the Sydney server region, as when the server region is set to Singapore, US West or practically anywhere that is not Sydney, the video stream appears as intended with no buffering.

Greatly appreciate if the problem could be rectified soon.
