Output Suppression during mute/push to mute

A feature to have a static or adjustable volume suppression during muting during a call would be a helpful feature to still be able to listen in on a conversation in case you need to respond to something, but are able to talk over others in call. 

Example of use: 

Streaming to an audience while on a discord call with others, but need to address chat while monitoring the group call as well.
