User was in the Ban logs but on the server still

I updated the user's name at 10:21PM, they were banned from the server and I was unable to ban, so I thought maybe it was because they had special characters. However I went into the Bans and searched his name, and to my surprise he was already listed as banned by discord, which explains why our auttaja -ban command was returning "this user is already banned", but he somehow was still in the server. I had to revoke the old ban, and re-ban him for him to finally be booted from the server and banned.
