An option to turn on moderation for people with roles

I have a server where when someone joins they automatically get 2 roles given to them by a bot. That means that moderation does automatically not apply to them. I would suggest an option where we could turn on moderation for everyone no matter their role, or maybe just add specific roles to moderation.
