Message Sender able to control their own Reactions

I think a good thing to implement would be for the person sending a text message to be able to control the reactions on it. Being able to remove any emojis that are put on the comment themselves.

I've witnessed countless occasions where people would react with inappropriate emojis, whether it's something NSFW, making fun of people with blatantly rude or offensive emojis, or if it's something derogatory through whatever means necessary, it's something that I feel ought to be addressed.

I'd like to hear the opinions of others on the matter, as I think it would be a healthy and reasonable thing to add to Discord's functionality as a standard option.
