a very zoomed GIFs and someone else's sharing screen

I have a problem which I don't know how to fix it and is it from me this problem because I didn't had any problem with this zoomed sharing screen when someone is trying to show me something. Also GIFs which I want to send and someone else who send them they are very zoomed as well and I don't know what to do. I will give u right now some pictures to see how is it exactly and if it is possible to somehow receive help and this bug to be fixed soon as possible.
