Discord game notifications

It would be a cool idea to add a mode so that if your playing a game you can have an option so discord could set your online status to something else. For example, if your playing a high intensity and you get a discord notification it could mess you up. So instead discord could make it when you play that certain game your status gets set to do not disturb or something like that.
